Counselling

I offer counselling services for individuals aged 16 years and older. I'm a Registered Social Worker in both Alberta and Ontario allowing me to provide virtual services to anyone residing within those provinces. I'm passionate about providing a safe(r) space for people to access support. I'm 2SLGBTQ+ affirming and welcome individuals from all backgrounds and abilities. I use an integrated approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Modalities I draw from include  Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy,  Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
